The Katz Jewish Music Center at MMAE

The Katz Jewish Music Center, located on the campus of Moses Montefiore Anshe Emunah Hebrew Congregation (MMAE) in Baltimore, MD, is a dedicated music venue that celebrates Jewish music, culture, community, and creativity. Opened in 2024, the Katz Center was established to provide a home for live Jewish music performances — a space where musicians who play Jewish, cultural, traditional, and contemporary music can plug in, share their art, and connect with audiences.

The venue is named in honor of Harry and Rose Katz, whose support made the Music Center possible. Featuring performance lighting, sound equipment, and comfortable seating, the space is designed to be a community hub for musical expression, cultural events, and artistic growth.
