Ticket prices for your High Holiday services are below. To purchase tickets for the High Holidays at MMAE please download this form and either email it to bburgan@mmae.org or bring it into the main office during normal business hours. If you would like to purchase your High Holiday tickets online, you may do so at this link but you will still need to contact the main office to select your seats.

Book of Life:
Listings are $36 each and include up to three names and one signature lie. Each additional name is $10 and each additional signature line is $3. You can also purchase a half-page for $125 or a full page for $175. Book of Life purchases can be made online at this link or in-person via cash or check at the main office.
Here’s a riddle for you: I’m completely prepared for the High Holidays, and I’m completely unprepared for the High Holidays. Who am I and why?
The answer, of course, is me. The reason is a bit less obvious.
For years and years, the High Holidays and their approach filled me with agita and trepidation. Mainly because of my role as the rabbi, which comes along with a two-fold responsibility as we approach Rosh Hashana.
For years, right around this time, I would feel a sense of foreboding and dread. But this year, I feel…not too much. This will be my 17th High Holiday season at MMAE. I’m past the point of any illusion or mystery of what will unravel over the next month. I’m not feeling nervous. I feel ready. I’m prepared. And that’s exactly what’s scaring me.

Tashlich means “casting off” in Hebrew and involves a ceremony symbolizing the casting off of your sins.
Join us on Tuesday, September 15 at 6:00pm at Lake Roland Park. All ages are encouraged to attend.
Join us at the Katz Jewish Music Center at MMAE for a special High Holidays concert featuring brothers Shlomo and Naftali Abramson, joining us from Israel. Gifted vocalists, musicians and chazzanim, the Abramson brothers bring an evening of Jewish soul through heartfelt songs, rich harmonies and music inspired by the spirit, longing, hope and renewal of the High Holidays.
