Josh Swatez is a student at Yeshivat Chovevei Torah. He previously studied at Yeshivat Siach Yitzchak and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He grew up in Skokie, Illinois. Josh served as a tank gunner in the Seventh Brigade of the IDF’s Armored Corps. He later worked as an aide and spokesperson for Israel’s Diaspora Affairs Ministers Omer Yankelevitch and Dr. Nachman Shaiand Religious Services Minister Matan Kahana.

Josh lives with his wife Natalie in Riverdale.
